HUGE 60th Birthday Party in the Dordogne

We always love to work with new Event Planners and Venues so we were delighted to get a call from Larraine Bashford at Hideaways en France.  Hideaways specialise in organising and creating luxury chateau weddings so we were very happy to be invited to work with them!

Larraine was organising a very special birthday party.  We would be working alongside a number of other great wedding professionals including the fabulous Mark Brenner Band!  There were to be over 150 guests at the party and we would be working alongside Mark providing non-stop music for the evening.

The big day arrived and it didn’t disappoint!  The huge marquee came complete with a little stage for the music!  We were given our own ensuite bedroom so we could change and get ready… we even had our own little private terrace!  After a sound check we performed our Vintage set before handing over to Mark.   Everything stopped for dinner… provided by Phil (Hog King) King, so roast pork was definitely on the menu!  Then back to work with our Disco Diva set before again handing over again to Mark and the guys to finish the evening.

What a fantastic party!  Happy birthday Gary!  We were so thrilled to be part of it… even more so when we received feedback from Hideaways saying they were very happy and would be recommending us in future … and also because we got to work with Mark and his band!
