Wow!  What an exciting couple of days.  We left home yesterday for the drive south to Nerac, we booked into our hotel (excellent Henry IV if you’re ever in Nerac) and then went in search of tomorrow’s venue… the very very fabulous Chateau de Lisse.

We settled in, had a tour of the chateau and chapel, did a sound check and then put the PA to bed and headed back to town for pizza and wine… and an early night.

Unsure of what to expect today, we actually had an fantastic time meeting wedding planners, wedding celebrants, photographers and film makers, cake makers and florists, childcarers and photobooths… and the odd classic car!

Thank you to Brides in France for all your hard work, thank you for letting us launch The Candy Stripes at your event, thank you to everyone for your kind words and encouragement (and for the locomotion conga).  We really look forward to a return visit to the chateau and meeting some of these wonderfully talented wedding industry experts again soon!
