The Candies at Vintage Days

Vintage Days is a great weekend festival held in the Dordogne capital over a long weekend in September.

As Perigueux is on our doorstep and we’re the perfect music for a Vintage weekend, it seemed only right that we should be there.

Sadly we already had another booking on the Saturday but we were free to go along and join in the fun on the Sunday. We were alloted a space outside the very popular Cafe de la Place in the Place du Marché au Bois… in the beautiful old town of Perigueux.  

There were 1000’s of people wandering around town today… lots of cars, musicians and folks dressing up… and Cafe de la Place was full to bursting.  We had planned to sing for just an hour but in the end it was so busy we decided to stay for three!

What a great day – we’re really looking forward to next year and we’ll try to stay free for the entire weekend!
